Maurice Sines: Chelsea Football Club Backer

The average home gate for the 2012-13 season for Chelsea was 41,462 fans, which was the sixth highest in the Premier League. Chelsea is also a lucrative club financially, as it is now worth 588 million pounds which takes it to the seventh most lucrative football club in the world.

CHELSEA (2) v man utd (1)Right now, Chelsea is playing some off-season matches before the 2013-14 Premier League gets underway. Once it does, Chelsea will be looking up at its competition. A hotly-contested rivalry between Chelsea and Manchester United just got more heated thanks to Manchester United’s capture of the 2012-13 Premier League championship.

Even though Maurice Sines allegiance is with Chelsea, there is no doubt many eyes were on the Manchester United squad in May thanks to the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson, who managed the club for its entire existence in the Premier League.

In the 2012-13 campaign, the 21st Premier League season, Chelsea competed to 22 wins, seven losses and nine draws; which was good enough for third place in the league. That qualified Chelsea, along with the two Manchester teams (United and City), for the 2013-14 Union of European Football Associations Champions League. Chelsea finished third place overall, so they don’t have to compete until the group stage of 32 teams; and that will take place later in the 2013-14 season.

Demba Ba and Frank Lampard were Chelsea’s leading goal scorers at 15 apiece. Ba did not join Chelsea until January of 2013; when he came over from Newcastle United in an acquisition.

In addition, Juan Mata won player of the month honours in October, and Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez earned manager of the month honours in April. Mata and Eden Hazard earned PFA Team of the Year honours as midfielders.

The 2013-14 season should be one of excitement thanks to the Premier and Champions League competitions, giving football fans like Maurice Sines reason to root on his Chelsea squad to the finish. Ba, Mata and Lampard all return for another go-round, with defender John Terry serving as captain, Lampard as a vice-captain and Petr Cech as a third captain.

Chelsea is next in action on August 17, when they take on Hull City in the first Premier action of the season.

Maurice Sines

Maurice Sines is the mastermind behind Sine Parks. Sines Parks are some of the most desirable mobile home lots in the country, offering luxurious accommodations and unexpectedly upscale communities. Maurice Sines has transformed the way that people in the neighborhood think of mobile home living, and his legacy will live on through his children.

Maurice Sines didn't always work in the mobile home park industry. When he was just 12 years old, he decided to drop out of school. He was a non-academic, and he preferred helping his family over going to school. Sines did whatever manual labor work he could get his hands on, until the age of 16 when he began managing a nursery for his father. Two years later, he invested in his first mobile home park. This first park was small, but it was the start he needed to succeed. It didn't take long for him to move on to bigger and better opportunities.

Sines Parks Limited became the thriving business that it is today because of a series of investments made by Sines himself. Maurice Sines sold his first lot to pay for a larger one, and he continued to do that for decades. Now he owns seven parks in total, with locations to suit all budgets and lifestyles. From stunning mountain views to peaceful ocean paradises, there is something here for everyone.

Maurice Sines never relied on the government for money. He built his business through savings and wise investments. What he lacked in education, he made up for in drive and dedication. Sines Parks would not be the same without that. At present, the parks offer everything from new mobile homes for sale to plots of land you can make your own, all run by members of the Sines family.

Now in his early 50s, Maurice Sines is focused on being a family man and letting his business continue to prosper. He has three children and five grandchildren, and all of his children work for Sines Parks Limited. Together, they help preserve their father's life's work, serving customers of all age ranges and ethnicities.
